The Prembly MCP Server allows you to securely connect AI assistants (like Claude, Cursor, or Claude Code) directly to Prembly's suite of identity verification, compliance, and fraud lens tools.

Instead of writing custom API integrations, you can perform identity checks and AML screening by simply chatting with your AI.

Once connected, your AI assistant can execute tasks across your permitted Prembly products:

• Identity Verification: Verify Pan-African KYC (NIN, BVN, Passports) and KYB (RC numbers, Tax Certificates). Example: "Verify the business with RC number 1234567."
• AML Screening: Screen individuals and businesses against global sanctions and PEP databases.
• Fraud Intelligence: Check IP addresses, phone numbers, or emails for fraud history.
• Workspace Management: Switch between sandbox and production, check wallet balances, and generate payment links.

1. Open Settings → Connectors.
2. Click Add custom connector.
3. Name it Prembly and paste https://mcp.prembly.com as the URL.
4. Click Add, then Connect.

Authentication & SecurityCopy Anchor Link

Prembly uses an OAuth-based flow to ensure strict data privacy and access control.

1. Browser Approval: The first time you interact with the Prembly MCP in your AI app, you will be prompted to sign in via your browser.
2. Organisation Scoping: You will choose which organisation to connect. The AI will only have access to the capabilities explicitly enabled by your admin under Dashboard → Integrations → MCP.
3. No API Keys Shared: Your API keys are never exposed to the AI model. The integration relies on short-lived, revocable access tokens.
4. Revoking Access: Administrators can immediately cut off access for any AI app by navigating to Dashboard → Integrations → MCP → Connected apps and clicking Disconnect.
