Dynamic Form Builder

Verification workflows rarely operate in a vacuum; applications typically require specific context, user declarations, or supporting files before identity or compliance checks can run.

The Dynamic Form Builder provides a zero-code visual schema builder for creating, publishing, and managing data intake forms.

Key Capabilities

  • Pre-Workflow Data Collection: Collect user profiles, corporate declarations, or custom questionnaires before verification steps execute.
  • Step Attachment: Bind specific forms to individual nodes within a workflow pipeline.
  • Reusable Form Templates: Save standard forms (such as Tax Declaration, Vendor Intake, or Employee Emergency Contacts) as templates across multiple workflows.

Supported Form Field Types

The builder provides a rich library of input components with built-in validation rules:

Short TextSingle-line text inputMin/max characters, regex patterns, required toggle.
Long TextMulti-line textareaCharacter limits, required toggle.

Attaching Forms to Workflow Nodes

1. Create and Publish Your Form

Navigate to Workflows > Forms in the dashboard, click New Form, and assemble your fields using the visual canvas. Once satisfied, click Publish Form.

2. Connect to a Workflow Step

Open your target workflow in the visual builder:

  • Click on an intake step or a custom step.
  • Under Data Collection, select Attach Dynamic Form.
  • Pick your published form from the dropdown.

3. Consume Form Data Downstream

Any fields submitted by the applicant through the form become immediately accessible to subsequent nodes in the workflow (e.g., using submitted tax IDs in registry verification steps or validating signatures against identity cards).

Forms attached to public share links render automatically as the first step of the hosted verification portal, creating a seamless, branded intake journey.
