Analytics & Reports

Prembly provides a robust data engine that helps your organization track performance, monitor spending, and export audit-ready verification logs. These capabilities are split into two primary modules: Analytics (for visual insights and custom queries) and Reports (for granular verification logs and bulk exports).

1. Analytics Dashboard

The Analytics dashboard (/dashboard/analytics) is your high-level control center. It offers a macro view of your platform usage and is separated into two tabs: Insights and Explore.

Insights Tab

  • KPI Strip: At a glance, view core metrics such as Total Verification Checks, Fraud Scans, candidate Background Checks, and Wallet Revenue.
  • Customizable Layout: You can personalize this dashboard by clicking Customize to toggle specific widgets or charts on or off, ensuring you only see the data most relevant to your role.
  • Scheduled Reports: You can configure automatic email deliveries for any chart. Click the calendar icon on a chart to schedule it (Weekly or Monthly) and specify the recipient email addresses.

Explore Tab

The Explore tab allows you to build custom queries against your organization's data.

  1. Data (Domain): Choose the product area (e.g., Identity Verification, Fraud Lens Wallet).
  2. Metric: Choose what to measure (e.g., Total Volume, Success Rate).
  3. Group By: Determine the breakdown (e.g., by Date, by Channel, by Status).
  4. Filters: Refine the data (e.g., only show failed checks, or only show specific countries).

Once configured, you can run the query to visualize the data and even save/schedule this custom report.

2. Reports & Logs

While Analytics provides aggregate data, the Reports module (/dashboard/report) provides granular, row-by-row transaction logs.

Verification Logs

This view lists every individual API call, Widget session, or Console check executed by your organization.

  • Detailed Columns: Track the ID Type, Searched ID, Reference ID, Request Method (API, Widget, Console, MCP), Date, Billing Status (Charged/Not Charged), and Amount.
  • Filtering: Use the advanced filters to narrow down logs by Date Range, Status (Success, Pending, Failed), Request Method, or specific ID Type (e.g., BVN, NIN, Passport).

Data Exports

To perform offline analysis or provide data to auditors:

  1. Set your desired Date Range and apply any necessary filters.
  2. Click Export.
  3. The system will process the export in the background and email a secure link to download the .xlsx file.

Bulk Verifications

If you are processing verifications in bulk (uploading CSVs), the Reports module tracks the status of these asynchronous jobs. You can monitor progress, retry pending or failed rows, and download the final results directly from this interface.
