Document Image Requirements

To improve verification success and prevent validation failures, ensure that the uploaded document image meets the following requirements:

Maximum file size: The image must be less than 1 MB.
Document fully visible: All four edges of the document must be clearly visible within the image. Do not crop or cut off any part of the document.
Image quality: The image must be clear, sharp, and in focus. Blurry, low-resolution, or distorted images may cause verification to fail.
Correct orientation: The document must be uploaded in the correct upright orientation (180°/portrait). Images rotated sideways (90° or 270°) are not supported and may fail verification.
Common Reasons for Verification Failure

Document verification may fail if any of the following conditions are detected:

The image size exceeds 1 MB.
One or more edges of the document are missing or cropped.
The image is blurry, out of focus, or unreadable.
The document is rotated sideways (90° or 270°) instead of being upright.

Note: Meeting these requirements increases the likelihood of successful document verification.
