Wallet Funding

When a user signs up, a Prembly wallet is automatically created for their account. This wallet can be used to top up the user's Prembly account, which is needed for verification request transactions.

Wallet Debits

Verification requests made through Prembly are paid for using funds from the user’s wallet and if a user has a subscribed plan or an ADD On, funds will be taken from the unit points for the subscribed plan.

Funding your wallet

• Visit the Billing menu of the dashboard

• Click on Fund Wallet

• Input a minimum fund of 25,000

Depleted Wallet

When a wallet balance is depleted, the Prembly user cannot successfully make a verification request. To avoid verification request failures, make sure your Prembly wallet is sufficiently funded.

Setting Threshold Prompts

Prembly users can configure wallet thresholds to receive alerts when their balance drops below a certain level. Setting a wallet threshold is advised to help ensure that verification requests do not fail due to a lack of funds. To do this, go to billings, click on threshold, include the threshold amount and input the email addresses of people you want to receive email alert when the wallet balance gets to the set threshold.
